Join a Great Community of Moms Like You!

This is NOT your typical mom’s fitness class.  I’ll be honest.  This is not a class for everybody.  It’s for the moms out there who need help getting back to what they love.  This is not a class that will “get you sweaty” or leave you super sore.  It’s a class designed to educate you about how your body can function optimally and help you develop better body awareness.  Even if it’s been years after having your child or children and you’re still experiencing that tummy that won’t completely go away, back pain, occasional leaking, headaches, Diastasis Recti, or minor Pelvic Floor Prolapse.

My mission is to help new (or not so new) mom’s return to doing what they love.

I want to educate you on your own postural habits and movement patterns that might be standing in the way of you being your best self.  In this 6-week course, we will focus on developing and rehabbing core muscles to facilitate your return to regular activities.  Classes are limited to just 5 students to make sure everyone gets the attention they need.

A Note About Bringing Kids to Class

I completely understand that it’s hard to find time for yourself.  That’s part of the reason my class hours are limited.  I have my own family that needs me and who I want to hangout with!  While our gym is kid friendly, I don’t recommend bringing your child or children to class.  This is two hours a week to spend just on yourself.  I hate to say it, but your child (as precious, adorable, and important as they are) is a distraction from your own needs which are no less valuable than anyone else’s.  Treat yo self, and allow a bit of time to focus on you!
