Feldenkrais Method® group classes are Awareness Through Movement lessons. In these lessons, the teacher gives verbal instructions to the students guiding them through various gentle movements most often resulting in the students discovering something new about how they move and exist in the world. This can be in the form of feeling more grounded, taller, more coordinated, stronger, an increase in flexibility, as well as many other sensations.
